Restorative Yoga centers the mind and body to facilitate healing of disease caused by stress or injury. Students are guided and individually adjusted through a sequence of supported asanas, emphasizing breath centered continuity and surrender. This series integrates nurturing archetypes, with a classical approach to Meditation, Mantra & Mudra.
